Picking a green location is one of the first step in having a green meeting. Meeting Revolution offers consulting services to assist you, the supplier, in hosting an environmentally friendly meeting. Think of us as your Green Convention Service Manager!
We will come to your property observe what is currently being done that is environmentally friendly and then create a package specifically designed for you. This package will include our recommendations, how to implement our suggestions, an estimate of money saved by implementing the ideas. Your property will save money by going green! For example, the Doubletree Hotel & Executive Meeting Center in Portland, OR installed low-flow showerheads in all 476 rooms and replaced 200 toilets with water-conserving 1.6 gallon-per-flush toilets the staff has reduced total water usage by 15 percent (Simple Steps to Green Meetings and Events, Amy Spatrisano, CMP & Nancy Wilson, CMP)
